9 months! 3/4 of a year! Totally unreal. Life with Grace is busy and fun and silly and tiring. Girl is ON THE MOVE! And fast. Her favorite activities include climbing the stairs (!) and dancing to music. She really loves "Starships" by Niki Minaj. Totally not baby appropriate at all.

For the past couple of months, Grace and I have been going to story time at the library every Monday and Tuesday morning. It has been GREAT. She loves it, and its a real sanity saver for me. There are tons of other little kids and moms and we're making so many new friends! We've been doing a lot of play dates too, which has been terrific.

We are closing in on the final chapter of G's helmet-wearing experience, thank goodness. I am so, so ready to be done with this thing. I want to be free to cuddle and kiss her beautiful head, and since it's getting hot, I don't want her to have to wear the sweaty thing all of the time. Her head looks BEAUTIFUL, I have to say. Of course, now I notice other babies' heads and I have to say, hers is one of the most symmetrical I've seen!

The weather has been great, so we have been getting outside every day, going for long walks and hanging out at the park by the lake. It's wonderful living here.
Grace, I love you more than I ever thought possible. You are the absolute light of my life. I can't believe I'm lucky enough to be your mommy.
